This is a continuation of their efforts to create more at-home, preventative testing options for pet parents, and we truly believe we are building the future of pet care. Dental issues affect 70% of all adult cats, and this product allows pet parents and veterinarians to offer preventative care sooner.
Portfolio News: NextInput is now Qorvo
Band portfolio company NextInput (July 2014 Dinner), a leader in MEMS-based sensing solutions, was acquired by Qorvo (Nasdaq: QRVO) earlier this month and will become the Sensor Fusion business unit within Qorvo Mobile Products. The combined company will work closely together to design NextInput’s highly differentiated sensing solutions into the next generation of 5G smartphones and high performance True Wireless Stereo (TWS) headsets at major OEMs worldwide while continuing to build significant market share in next-generation smart cabins for the automotive industry.

AgFoodHealthspan Advisory Council
The Band of Angels AgFood Tech vertical was inaugurated as a Special Interest Group (SiG) in 2016. The goal was to invest in new markets created by digitalization of farming and food systems including consumption and delivery. In the past few years, we have witnessed amazing innovations and creation of new markets that is nothing short of transformative. As she outlines in this presentation (https://bit.ly/AFHvertical), Chair Jaleh Daie is broadening the group's mission and investment theme to go beyond food and agriculture to include wellness and healthspan and changing the name of this SiG to AgFoodHealthspan (AFH).
