Ian Sobieski, Chairman of Band of Angels, was the keynote speaker of the 2017 Xi'an Global Technology Innovation and Entrepreneurship Summit held on November 7th – 8th in Xi'an, China. His remarks on the "Evolving Angel and Seed Investment Food-chain" provided a look on recent developments and an insight on what’s next. Organized by the Xi'an Government, the conference was a prestigious gathering of thought leaders from the United States, Germany, and other countries, as well as leading Chinese technology companies such as Alibaba and Huawei, that exchanged ideas and best practices on opportunities for laying the groundwork for research & development and technology innovation in Xi'an.
