Koti Reddy
Koti Reddy has over 27 years’ experience in the enterprise software consulting industry. He co-founded TA Digital, a premier digital agency, and grew the company to over 1000 people before it was acquired by Omnicom. Koti received a Bachelor of Technology (Honors) from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur in 1995 and a Masters in Software Management from Carnegie Mellon in 2008. Koti served in various roles at TA Digital - as Chief Technology Officer, overseeing all the practices and strategic direction of the company, and as Chief of Operations and Delivery, overseeing Finance, HR, IT and Client Delivery Management. After successful exit from TA Digital, Koti started UpgradeMyClassroom, a non-profit focused on improving classroom conditions in rural India. Koti also founded Kalter Capital, a real-estate development company focused on residential land development. He is an active angel investor and enjoys guiding startups. He lives in Saratoga, CA with his wife, Liz, and four children.
